The general guideline for exercise and healthy weight is:
- >150 minutes of moderate-intensity (heavy breathing) exercise WEEKLY
- >75 minutes of high-intensity (out of breath) exercise WEEKLY
- Mixed of both, such as 100minutes moderate-intensity + 45 minutes high-intensity
Generally, 30-45 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week will be able to meet the guideline and assist in weight loss.
