Hunger can be triggered by lots of different things. If you notice that your hunger always appears in certain situations, avoid them! Here are some tips for avoiding those triggers.
Change your way home. The aroma of food will trigger your hunger hormones and encourage you to eat. If you always walk past a bakery after work and get overwhelmed by the smell, you should take a different route home.
Block yourself from advertisements. The image of food has the same stimulation as the aroma, which will cause your bloodstream to flood with the hunger hormones. Just move your eyes away from the screen.
Let your fridge be. Do not surf the fridge when you get bored. Keep your fridge full of fresh vegetables, lean meat, and fish rather than sweets and snacks.
