If it’s the hunger stops you from sleeping, you can have something the drink, as fluid can fill your stomach for a short period of time and helps you to reduce the feeling of hunger and help you to sleep better.
You may also try meditation to relax your body and mind. Getting too intense and stressed interrupts your sleep too. Relax, take a deep breath, put your phone away and turn off the lights.
Here are some tips to help you improve your sleep quality:

- Avoid long hours of screen times before bed, such as phones, iPad, and laptops
- Avoid excessive caffeine & alcohol
- Eat some high fiber or high protein food if you’re hungry 1-2 hours before bed, such as soft-boiled egg, a cup of vegetable salad, a handful of nuts
